What services do you offer?
Quite a lot, actually. Our full menu includes: full grooming (bath, blowout, trim & style), bath & brush, nail trims & pawdicures, teeth brushing, ear cleaning, de-shedding, de-matting, flea & tick treatments, creative cuts and safe pet-friendly coloring, Pawlish (nail painting), and a growing list of spa add-ons like blueberry facials and upgraded conditioners. How often should I bring my dog in for grooming?
For most dogs, every 4–8 weeks is the sweet spot. Doodles, double-coated breeds, and dogs with longer or curly coats often benefit from more frequent visits to prevent matting and keep their coat healthy. Not sure what's right for your pup? Ask at your next appointment — we love talking coat care.
How long does a typical grooming session take?
Most appointments run 3–4 hours, though smaller dogs are often done faster. We'll give you a time estimate at drop-off, and we always aim to get your pup back to you as quickly as possible — without cutting corners on care.
Do I need to make an appointment in advance?
Yes, appointments are recommended to ensure availability. You can easily book online or give us a call.
Are your groomers certified?
Yes — and then some. Our groomers are Paragon certified, trained in pet CPR and first aid, and committed to ongoing education. Grooming is a craft that never stops evolving, and we take that seriously. You can meet the full team on our Our Team page.
How do you handle anxious or difficult dogs?
This is genuinely our comfort zone. Our groomers are experienced, patient, and never rushed — and they know how to read a dog's body language and adjust their approach accordingly. If your dog has anxiety, a history of difficult grooming experiences, or is reactive, just let us know when you book. We'll plan ahead, give them the extra time they need, and make sure the visit goes as smoothly as possible.
Do you offer add-on services?
Absolutely. Beyond our core services, you can add de-shedding, de-matting, flea & tick treatment, creative cuts, safe pet-friendly coloring, blueberry facials, Pawlish nail painting, teeth cleaning, and premium conditioner upgrades to any appointment. The Bath Club is a monthly bath membership billed every 4 weeks — great for regular bath-only visits.
